Inspiration ------ Techniques ------ Image Editing

Flickr is a photo sharing website which is used by photographers of all abilities. You can spend hours getting lost in peoples photostreams or join groups dedicated to specific themes and techniques. A great way to be inspired and awed and also to learn from others who are sharing skills.

The Photo Answers website is packed full of accessible video tutorials and reviews on a whole range of techniques and equipment.

Some videos use files supplied with the magazine but many are stand alone tutorials.

My favourite piece of online image editing software. Picnik enables you to crop, rotate and adjust your images quickly and easily. For the more adventurous there are loads of interesting special effects and quirky addons guarenteed to help you while away a dull day.

Photojojo is a wonderful resource full of creative uses for your photographs that will get them off your computer and into the real world. Additionally you can find budget workarounds for expensive photography kit.

Lots of fun ideas to while away the hours!
